Acer has also updated its line of Chromebox, or that class of Mini PC with Chrome OS, with the new Acer Chromebox CXI4 which will be available in Italy in the first quarter of 2021, with prices starting from 569 euros (which rise to 639 euros in the Enterprise variant). As already seen for the Chromebook Spin 513, the Chromebox CXI4 also has no differences with the Chromebox Enterprise CXI4, except for the Chrome Enterprise Upgrade which provides users with the business features necessary for efficient productivity.

From the hardware point of view, however, the two versions are identical: the entry-level SKUs will be equipped with an Intel Celeron 5205U (Comet Lake) processor, with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of eMMC memory, but the top-of-the-range configurations will feature (up to) an Intel Core i7-10610U (Comet Lake) processor with Intel vPro technology, maximum 16GB of dual-channel DDR4-2666 RAM and up to 128GB of eMMC memory and / or an M.2 2280 PCIe SSD 256GB, further expandable via a microSD card slot.
