In addition to the Amazfit T-Rex rugged-watch, at CES 2020 in Las Vegas, Huami presented the new heir of the successful Bip series: Amazfit Bip S incorporates the now iconic design of the original version and integrates it with numerous new features. This new smartwatch will be available in Italy in February at the usual distribution channels in the colors of carbon black, hot pink, orange red and limestone white, but we had the opportunity to take a close look at it at the fair. The price is expected to be around $ 70, so it will be super affordable.
Amazfit Bip S
Amazfit Bip S supports multiple sport modes (now rising to 10), the list of which now includes walking, running outdoors, treadmills, stationary bikes, cycling, open water swimming, swimming pool, yoga, elliptical and free exercise, but is introduced for the first time on the Bip series, the calculation of the PAI and the possibility of managing the music being played on the smartwatch. The autonomy should be around 40 days, while the weight has been reduced to just 31 grams.
Amazfit Bip S
Amazfit Bip S represents an evolution also from the hardware point of view: it boasts waterproofness (under water for 30 minutes) from 5ATM, Bluetooth 5.0 / BLE compatibility and – for the first time – a 1.28-inch transflexive display with 64 RGB colors ( against the 8 of the previous models). The positioning system, based on a Sony 28nm GPS + Glonass chip, is always precise and reliable.
