Chuwi Lapbook Pro focuses on aesthetics and does so with a fully laminated 14.1-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixel) IPS display, featuring ultra-thin (5mm) side frames and a 90% screen-to-body ratio. Moreover, thanks to a high quality aluminum and magnesium alloy frame, it maintains a low weight (1.43kg) and compact dimensions with a thickness of just 5.8 mm at the thinnest point. The keyboard is full-size backlit to facilitate typing in case of low ambient light and on the side edge there are USB 3.0 interfaces, full-featured USB Type-C (power / data), 3.5 mm audio jack and micro HDMI.
On board we find an Intel Celeron N4100 (Intel Gemini Lake) 1.1GHz processor with Goldmont architecture, Intel HD Graphics 600 700MHz GPU, 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM and 64GB of eMMC 5.1 storage expandable through the appropriate M.2 slot for SSD . The battery has an average capacity (33.7Wh) but, according to the company’s estimates, it should guarantee a maximum autonomy of 8 hours, by virtue of the hardware platform devoted to low energy consumption.
