Fitbit Charge 4
We all train differently and this is why Fitbit developed the Minutes in the Active Zone: to help us better understand how individual physical activity contributes to your general well-being. Based on Fitbit’s 24/7 PurePulse heart rate monitoring technology, Active Zone Minutes take advantage of personalized cardio zones to track the effort of every intense activity, from HIIT workouts to power yoga lessons to fast walking. You get one credit for every minute of moderate activity in the Fat Burn zone and a double credit for every minute of intense activity in the Cardio and Peak areas: calculations are done automatically, to help you easily track your progress towards your daily activity goals and weekly. During training, real-time alerts are received on the device that warn you when you change zones, to evaluate whether to increase or reduce effort and thus make workouts more effective. At the end, a summary of the cardio zones appears in the Fitbit app and so you can find out your progress and continue to go further, to give value to every minute of activity.
Minutes in the Active Zone are based on the recommendations of activities of the main world health organizations, including WHO which recommends 150 minutes of moderate activity or 75 minutes of intense activity every week: studies show that this threshold contributes to improving health and well-being, preventing disease, promoting cognitive activity, reducing anxiety and optimizing sleep quality. This feature will be available initially on Fitbit Charge 4, to be later released on all Fitbit smartwatches.
Thanks to its premium design, versatile and water resistant, this tracker is comfortable to wear all day and all night, and is equipped with an inductive button, a scratch-resistant screen and a high-resolution touch-screen display that allows you to view statistics even in the sunlight.

Sleep is a fundamental component for maintaining health, general well-being and the immune system.
