Oppo would be completing the preparations to launch the new Reno series smartphone in the Chinese market, the same one that in recent days has received certification from the Bluetooth SIG with the code CPH1979 and even before from the TENAA in the PCDM10 variant.
Presumably it should always be the same terminal and, according to new information yet to be officially confirmed, the trade name should be Oppo Reno Z, while aesthetics or will not deviate too much from the other models in the series, judging by the first renderings released on the net.

One of the elements that immediately catches one’s eye is definitely the teardrop notch placed on the top of the display. Apparently, this model will not have the pop-up camera on the other models of the Reno series, probably to contain costs and be offered in a lower price range.
As for the technical data sheet, Oppo Reno Z should include the same specifications reported in previous certifications:
6.41 inch 1080p OLED display (2,340 x 1,080 pixels) with central drop notch
SoC MediaTek Helio P90 octa-core up to 2.0 GHz
Android 9.0 operating system based on ColorOS 6.0
6 GB of RAM
256 GB of storage (there may also be a version with 128 GB)
Double rear camera: 48 + 5 MP
32 MP front camera
Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi ac, USB-Type C
Fingerprint scanner integrated in the display
Dimensions: 157.3 x 74.9 x 9.1 mm
Weight: 186 g
3.950 mAh battery with VOOC 3.0 fast charge support
Oppo Reno Z should be offered in four color variants: the first, visible in the render above, is the Star Purple, which will be flanked by those Night Black, Coral Orange and Bead White. Finally, the selling price for the Chinese market should be 2599 yuan, at the exchange rate around 339 euros
