POCO X2

Little X2 is shown in some early online images that do nothing but confirm the suspicions of the last few days. The device is in fact aesthetically very similar to the Redmi K30, smartphone announced in early January 2020 from which it should inherit not only most (if not all) of the technical specifications, but also the dual front camera integrated under the display.

The product, according to some renderings that appeared on the web, should have a price of 18.999 Rs, that is to say about 240 euros at the current exchange rate.

POCO X2 will be officially announced on February 4 at an event dedicated to New Delhi: confirmation comes directly from the Twitter account of the Indian division of the Xiaomi sub-brand born in summer 2018 and recently established itself as an independent brand.

For the occasion, POCO has already created a dedicated website (link in the second EIA) which allows us to have a general overview of the main technical characteristics of the product. Specifically, these include a display with a high refresh rate (120Hz), a Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC and a liquid cooling system. To these should also be added a photographic compartment consisting of a Sony IMX686 main sensor, 3.5 mm headphone jack and a battery with support for fast charging.

By adding the official details to those that emerged as rumors on the web, it is possible to configure the following technical specifications framework:

Display with 120Hz refresh rate
SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G
8GB of RAM
256GB of internal storage
4,500 mAh battery with support for fast charging up to 27W
3.5mm jack
Sony IMX686 rear camera main sensor
For more details on the product data sheet, we just have to wait for the official announcement in just over a week.
