Further details continue to emerge about the X50 Pro 5G: to provide them once again is the same Realme, which confirmed that the device will be equipped with a Super AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 90Hz.
Realme X50 Pro 5G will not be announced during the next edition of the MWC in Barcelona, contrary to what previously announced by the Chinese company. The decision was confirmed in the past few hours, after GSMA announced the cancellation of the Spanish fair due to the Coronavirus epidemic, which made it impossible to organize the event.
The launch of the smartphone is not in question, however: the Asian manufacturer has confirmed that the device will still be presented on February 24, even if only with an online event.
Taking into account the impact of the virus and the cancellation of the MWC 2020, Realme has decided to cancel its participation in the MWC 2020 in Barcelona. Our first 5G top of the range, Realme X50 Pro, whose debut was originally scheduled for the MWC, will be launched online worldwide in Madrid on February 24th.
The news regarding Realme X50 Pro 5G does not end here: in the past few hours the Chinese company has used its Twitter account to anticipate further detail.
The reference goes to the poster observable in the gallery above, through which the company has confirmed that the device will be equipped with a 65W fast charge with SuperDart Charge technology (the trademark registration dates back to the end of December). This is a further step forward for Realme, which with the X2 Pro had gone “only” up to 50W.
According to what was announced by Realme itself in recent days, X50 Pro 5G will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC with 5G Snapdragon X55 modem, 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM memory, 256GB of storage space and Android 10 operating system with Realme UI 1.0
