Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Fold

With the last few years, all technological products have had an improvement in the display, which, as we know, is one of the parts that most attracts users. First, an ever higher resolution was sought, and then they began to increase in size in a dizzying way, even reaching 6.7 “for a smartphone.
If this was very beautiful aesthetically, it could be quite uncomfortable, and in fact last year the first folding smartphones were born, with the possibility of decreasing the size of the device by folding the screen, without the risk of breaking it. Now, during CES 2020, the Chinese company Lenovo has presented, among the numerous devices, also the first folding tablet in the world, the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Fold. Let’s find out better.

Here is the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Fold folding tablet

The device, arriving within the next six months, can be defined as a mix between a tablet and a real notebook. Open, the 2K Plastic OLED display measures 13.3 inches, with a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels, and an accessory bluetooth keyboard is not missing for those who love using the keys and not the touchscreen.

From the point of view of the hardware sector, we have a next generation Intel Core processor which is defined here as “Hybrid Technology”, supported by 8 Gb of RAM and 1 Tb of storage space. There is also a space to insert a possible SIM card, two USB Type-C ports and the battery has a capacity of 55 Wh, which should correspond to an autonomy of about 11 hours.
